I typically conduct my lessons in my gourmet galley, aboard my ’50 Hatteras Yacht. The galley aboard The Athena can handle as many as 5 or 6 students or less. After a meal has been prepared, a relaxing and scenic meal is enjoyed in the comfort of the Aft Deck, or in the Main Salon (Depending on the season). Lessons include a typed recipe of the dish prepared.
A brief consultation at the time of scheduling will confirm the dish to be made. An estimate of the cost of inventory will be assessed. At time of lesson students will be responsible for the cost of all inventories purchased (receipt provided) in addition to the lesson fee of $95.
I can travel to alternative locations for an additional fee-varies depending on distance.
