From a very early age I always had a fascination with cooking. Since then, I have worked as a chef in many award winning restaurants. These have included, Mick’s Seafood and Steakhouse, Placesetters, and The Marc Anthony Hotel, among others. Teaching the skill sets and knowledge base, I have honed working in the restaurant industry; connecting with people through cuisine, is a passion for me.
